What AI may do

Draft questions and explanations, classify items against the blueprint, detect inconsistencies, and suggest internal links.

What AI may not do

Approve a factual exam change, publish an unreviewed question as an indexed page, or invent an official requirement. Approval enters the content only through a signed human review manifest.
